Secure Disability Plan provides assistance with Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) applications and related services. We do not guarantee approval of your SSDI application, as final decisions are made by the Social Security Administration (SSA).

Our services include but are not limited to:

4. Fees and Payment

Our fee structure is based on contingency, meaning we collect a fee only if your application is approved. This fee is regulated by federal law and is limited to 25% of your past-due benefits, up to a maximum of $7,200. Specific fee arrangements will be detailed in your service agreement.

5. Intellectual Property

The content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Secure Disability Plan and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

Secure Disability Plan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of our services. We are not responsible for decisions made by the SSA regarding your application.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms and Conditions or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our discretion.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes relating to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the state where our principal office is located.
